This Painting,
tells a short story of unlived feelings
that were once present but at the same time absent.
The cool and warm colors, the contrast between us,
something that will forever stay submerged
in the sea of thoughts.
"A Point of Attraction"

(Solo)
Media: Acrylics
Date: 4/13/18
18in x 24in
Originally this painting was created for an arts competition. The process of the painting lasted about 3-4 weeks. I wanted to make sure that beyond anything, with this chance, I would be able to express myself clearly to everyone who saw my piece. It depicts the feelings that I have towards my art and the longing of having my work recognized by many pupils. After the competition, I was reached out by a director who seemed very interested in my work and we began to collaborate together. (In exhibition, contact me for more information).

"Glassware"
by E.D.P.
From the Glassware collection doll Vol.#4
Media: Acrylic
Date: 3/18/18
11in x 15in
This painting was created with my pursue of presenting my major style, which is' my dolls' or portraits of unreal characters that mostly represent and show a message. After scrolling through art pages on instagram, I came across some galleries, and I was strongly moved and inspired to participate in one of these world wide arts contests. My piece did not win a spot but it won me a brand new medium of art that I had not exactly practiced. I took a large risk, which has transformed me into the artist I am right now. And I am very thankful of that. Yet even so, this piece still managed to be displayed at another gallery.
(Displayed from June to August of 2018).

Your light is consistent in the foreground. Artists often screw this up and have inconsistent light. Well done.
